By creating or using an Aquadate account, you accept these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use the service respectfully.

Illegal content, harassment, impersonation, and abuse may lead to moderation or account suspension.

You can request account deletion from the app or from the account-deletion page.

Child Safety

Aquadate strictly prohibits child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexualized content involving minors. The service is for adults only. Users can report profiles or conversations in the app, and Aquadate may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and report to the competent authorities when required by law.
